Your responsibilities include:

  • Organization and planning of travels at home and abroad
  • Planning of internal and external meetings
  • Support teams in administrative customer-related activities
  • Deadline coordination and correspondence with customers
  • Representation of colleagues from the professional support team
  • Audit of invoices and services


Our expectations for you are:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in the banking or law firm field
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Secure MS Office knowledge
  • Teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
