The task

  • Legal support for specialist departments in financial transactions, eg the conclusion of credit agreements, etc.
  • Monitoring of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Preparation and examination of decisions of the Bodies
  • Coordination and support of internal corporate law matters
  • Support of legal documentation
  • Processing of projects and special tasks for questions relevant to the law
  • Legal support in interdisciplinary projects and special tasks Training of employees on legally relevant topics


your profile

  • Full jury, preferably with several years of professional experience in banking and finance law
  • Experience in an economic chancery or companies from the financial industry
  • Ability to be solely responsible and to be legally active with a high degree of independence
  • Goal-oriented work and high sense of responsibility
  • High motivation and commitment
  • Very good knowledge of German and English spoken and written, also with the ability to draw up contracts in English
