The task

  • Identification of compliancerelevant risks, especially in the areas of MaRisk and WpHG, as well as optimization of appropriate procedures and controls to improve the compliance function
  • Further development and preparation of the MaRisk compliance reporting as well as of hazard analyzes
  • Monitoring of (MaRisk and WpHG) compliancerelevant facts as well as implementation of the regulatory requirements according to MaRisk
  • Monitoring of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Further development of the (MaRisk and WpHG) compliance structures as well as the corresponding internal guidelines and policies
  • Conception and implementation of training on MaRisk and WpHG compliance

 

your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Completed studies (alternatively bank education with appropriate further education)
  • Secure handling of MS-Office products (especially Excel)
  • Analytical, structured and independent working
  • Goal-oriented work and high sense of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English spoken and written
