What are you going to do?

  • You are part of the Leverage Process and Techonology team and work with them in an environment where knowledge is shared and you make each other even better;
  • You help the business by introducing improvements or new innovations using lean six sigma, BPMN, storytelling, visualization, and creating an experiment to let the business "experience" and creates an experiment in which you bring the business into the change;
  • You are the hunter of change and do this in an authentic and creative way;
  • Process modeling is an important element of your work. You monitor the dependencies with the Enterprisearchitect (business, applications, projects) and overlook the entire value chain.


What do you need for this?

  • A completed tertiary education, for example Business Administration, (Business) Information Management, Information Technology;
  • 10+ jaar ervaring in developing business solutions en business process re-design;
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and in English, in word and writing;
  • Experience with Agile; Scrum, DevOps;
  • It's a pleasure if you own banking knowledge, Design Thinking, BPMN and / or Lean Six Sigma.


What does your day look like?

You arrive at 08:30 at 08:30 and start with a healthy smoothie in the Coffee Corner. You will receive an email on your iPhone from Arthur. Arthur sees concrete problems in operational processes and support from current applications. You go straight to him and proposes to facilitate a Design Thinking workshop together. You get your book "Design Better Business" and show him some workshops. Then you immediately post a date and a list of participants.


At 11.00 you have a stand-up in your calendar. You walk to the team and tell you what you worked on yesterday, what you are going to pick up today and need help. By Arthur's request, you expect less time for process modeling. The team can not handle your tasks. You make a call with the Product Owner to set priorities differently.


In the afternoon you go to Corporate Banking on the floor to run Lean Six Sigma analyzes and identify process improvements. At the end of your workday, report your findings to your colleagues in Process & Technology. We have new challenges, cool!
