What are you going to do?
What do you need for this?
What does your day look like?
You arrive at 08:30 at 08:30 and start with a healthy smoothie in the Coffee Corner. You will receive an email on your iPhone from Arthur. Arthur sees concrete problems in operational processes and support from current applications. You go straight to him and proposes to facilitate a Design Thinking workshop together. You get your book "Design Better Business" and show him some workshops. Then you immediately post a date and a list of participants.
At 11.00 you have a stand-up in your calendar. You walk to the team and tell you what you worked on yesterday, what you are going to pick up today and need help. By Arthur's request, you expect less time for process modeling. The team can not handle your tasks. You make a call with the Product Owner to set priorities differently.
In the afternoon you go to Corporate Banking on the floor to run Lean Six Sigma analyzes and identify process improvements. At the end of your workday, report your findings to your colleagues in Process & Technology. We have new challenges, cool!
