Openclaims is a Dutch startup that fundamentally changes the European car repair repair market. We are a young, professional and fast-growing organization. For our team customer service, we seek new colleagues: ambitious students who want to earn extra money in addition to their studies and get excited about working at a tech startup. From our Amsterdam office, we help customers to recover their car damage as quickly as possible. Are you able to please our customers and are you full of good ideas about service? Then you are our ideal colleague.


What you do?

  • You are looking at what clients on platform every day need extra attention and helps them with a smile on their way.
  • You are the first point of contact for customers, repairers and insurers and handles incoming questions via phone, email and chat.
  • You perform progress checks and report reports.
  • You support our network manager repairers when unloading our damage repairers.
  • You initiate improvements to the platform.
  • You improve the FAQ and content for recoverers, insurers and customers.


Our ideal colleague

  • You are following a university degree.
  • You have excellent communication skills and have good command of Dutch language.
  • You have a passion for customer satisfaction and are not excited about top service.
  • You have empathy and do not panic if it becomes challenging.
  • You are full of initiative and are eager to improve your customer service with Openclaims with your ideas.
  • You are flexible to use (1 a 2 days a week).
  • You live in or around Amsterdam.
