We started iZettle with a single mission: to empower small-business owners to sell smarter by offering them the tools typically reserved for bigger players. We are looking for the best and brightest to help us get it done. Our fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 430 employees across its 12 operating countries, with offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Edinburgh and Stockholm (HQ).

We’re looking for a sales-driven, competitive and hard-working Key Account Manager for the Swedish market as soon as possible. You will play an essential part in sourcing and closing new deals with large customers. One of your key challenges will be to find and build great examples in one of our major markets.

What you will do
Key accounts acquisition: Identifying potential key accounts and closing great deals. 
Business development and analysis: Analysing and understanding performance indicators, suggesting improvements in business model to improve profitability and user satisfaction, and suggesting key account specific technical development.
Team Leader: Lead and coach a team of Key Account Managers in the Nordics by way of providing strong leadership perspectives.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in sales/account management/business development
  • Strong commercial sales and acquisition skills with a focus on key accounts.
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Business related education and B2B experience
  • You are fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of the card and payment industry.
  • Proven track record of commercial sales in high growth environments.

You are a team player and you are not afraid to act on many levels, from strategic discussions with managers to long lead time negotiations with high-end merchants. The role will be Sweden focussed, working out of our Stockholm office.
