Seedrs is experiencing exceptional growth and are looking for superstars to join our team.

We’re looking for an analytical, commercially savvy and performance driven Affiliate Marketing Manager with a proven track record, to own and further drive our rapid growth of customers (investors and business leads). Building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic affiliate partners.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director (Growth), you will be a part of our growth marketing team which delivers both investment activity and inbound business leads for the platform. The roles focus is on the acquisition, activation and performance of our affiliate partners. You will be required to deliver a structured and effective affiliate programme that provides our partners with the support and assets they require to deliver results, while ensuring the quality of our affiliate partner network is maintained.

The role is a mid-level position requiring a candidate who is highly organised, self-motivated with the ability to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously while delivering results.

What you'll do

  • Build our strategic affiliate network through recruiting new affiliate partners and actively managing relationships with our existing strategic partners, to provide quality business leads and cost effective investor acquisition.
  • Setup, tracking, reporting and managing of affiliate programme activity.
  • Managing the creation and ongoing optimisation of creative assets such as display ads and email templates that support activity.
  • Full management of lifecycle marketing for affiliate partners.
  • Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Continually measure and optimise the overall programmes ROI, optimising the programmes overall performance and individual partners.
  • Align offers and campaigns with the other marketing channels such as PPC, retargeting and social media.
  • Produce internal and external reports that provides actionable insight for both the business and our partners.
  • Ensure invoicing and payment schedules are current and on time, providing forecasting support for the business.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in affiliate marketing with a good network of publishers/media.
  • Experience of using affiliate tracking platforms and web analytics.
  • Previous experience in the fintech or financial/private equity industries is ideal.
  • Experience and knowledge of managing biddable media (PPC, social, native) is an advantage.
  • Experience of email marketing tools to set up and deploying campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
  • Basic HTML experience related to email is desirable.
  • Excellent Google tools and Microsoft office skills is required.
  • Highly analytical, numerate and methodical.
  • Ability to analyse data and give recommendations.
  • Desire to learn, take on new skills and be driven to progress quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with a commercial target orientated mind.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a close attention to detail.
  • Knowledge/interest in financial products desirable.
