About the function

Spotcap is looking for a

Client Services Manager

For our team in Berlin (headquarters) to support our Dutch customers and partners.

Your role

  • As Client Service Manager, you are the first point of contact within Spotcap for our partners, customers and future customers.
  • You proactively guide partners and customers through phone, email and chat to submit their credit applications completely to the Underwriting team for analysis.
  • Our customers and partners are used to optimal service and support, both at the time of application and after completion. You are the one who makes this happen.
  • You work closely with the Underwriting team and other colleagues to resolve any issues during the credit application.
  • You handle complaints and care of customers efficiently, providing them with solutions and clear information.
  • You pick up hot leads to generate new credit applications.
  • You contribute significantly to Spotcap's reputation as a fast and reliable lender, thinking about optimization and improvement issues.


The ideal candidate 

Our Client Service Managers always want to provide the best possible experience to the customer or partner. We are looking for colleagues with exceptionally good communication skills, both written and oral. In addition, you have a very professional attitude in telephone conversations. Your profile:

  • You have 3 years of work experience - gained in customer service or sales and (partly) with a financial institution. 
    Financial basic knowledge by study or work is required.
  • Dutch is your native language and you know the Dutch culture over and over.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You can prioritize well and also provide quick and efficient solutions under pressure.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility, are driven and possess a high level of integrity.
  • Experience with CRM / Salesforce is a pré.
