Spotcap is looking for a committed Sales Support Manager to join our team in the London office who will be provide outstanding support to our clients across the UK market.

In this role you will:

  • Be the first point of contact at Spotcap for our partners as well as our current and prospective clients.
  • Ensure client and partner satisfaction by providing professional support during and after the application process and you will also handle client complaints and concerns by providing swift and efficient solutions.
  • Manage credit line applications pro-actively via telephone, email and chat.
  • Work with the internal loan operations and credit analysis teams to resolve issues that may arise.
  • Reach out to warm leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Input data accurately into our CRM and other internal systems.
  • Uphold and improve Spotcap’s reputation as an efficient and reliable loan provider in the market.

Qualifications

 

Our Sales Support Managers are passionate about creating an outstanding client experience. They possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as a professional telephone manner.

Furthermore, your profile looks like this:

  • Work experience of 2-3 years in client service, sales support or a client-facing role within the finance industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or equivalent.
  • You are a native British English speaker, familiar with the culture and customs of the UK.
  • A strong ability to prioritise and keep calm during high-pressure situations.
  • A high level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Previous experience using CRM / Salesforce would be highly desired.
