Job Description

 

 

 

We are looking for a hungry Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding FinTech business in our central London office.

In this role you will:

  • Work within the Direct Sales Team to originate loan applications and proactively nurture existing clients.

  • Actively seek out new partners, clients and opportunities.

  • Provide high quality service to our clients and establish deep and lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our financial products and sales support according to client needs.

  • Liaise with other teams based in Berlin HQ including underwriting, risk and customer service.

  • Report on sales activities.

Qualifications

The successful candidates will have:

  • 1-2 years’ sales experience (short-term SME loans or SME lending experience is required).

  • Sales-focus as well as commercial nous and the ability to successfully identify, compete for and win transactions/business.

  • The ability to assess whether a transaction meets our lending criteria.

  • Strong communication skills, you are engaging over the phone, by email, or face-to-face.

  • The ability to work autonomously, while being part of the Spotcap team.

  • A willingness to learn, adapt and relish a challenge.

  • The ability to develop strong working relationships with borrowers and online partners within the marketplace.

  • A high level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • The ability to keep calm, use initiative, and work to a tight deadline when required.

  • Previous experience using Salesforce.
