We at SRXP change the way you report your expenses by providing you with our extremely user-friendly app. Employees in retail, heavy industries, IT and logistics add every day thousands expenses to the system to reimburse. In addition, to gather these expenses, SRXP cooperates with major banks and credit card issuers around the globe. 

With a young and enthusiastic team of specialists we are conquering the Netherlands. Our goal is full European coverage within the next couple of years. We strive not only to deliver state-of-the-art technology but also advise our clients on using financial tools such as ours to become a strategic partner in financial reporting.

Job description

In order to keep on expanding our brand to new markets and new branches, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager. You’ll be making our customers happier then they would have thought they’d ever be. You’ll be consulting our new customers on starting-up SRXP within their organisation, supporting users and spotting opportunities for expanding our services with our customers.

You’ll closely work together with the sales team and therefore will work with a target.

Required skills

  • Bachelor degree
  • Native Dutch. Fluent in English is a big plus.
  • Pro-active communication approach, negotiation skills and the ability to build long term relationships with your clients
  • Familiar with using tools such as Intercom, Slack, Pipedrive, MS Office and financial software
  • Expertise in using Intercom is a big plus
  • No 9am to 5pm mentality. Your job is done as soon as your clients are happy!
