We are looking for a Risk support agent for our London office. Together with your small team, you will have an instrumental impact and influence over the iZettle customer experience, and iZettle’s customers’ continued success. You will work closely with our Global Risk Team based in Stockholm.
Ideal candidates are highly ambitious and with a personal track record that proves a passion for problem solving and customer service. Integrity and the ability to question everything on a daily basis in a flat hierarchy organization is something we value greatly. You will work both independently and team based, with daily tasks as well as with continuous improvement and cross-team development projects.
