Advanon is a rapidly growing Fintech start-up based in Zürich, and an office in Berlin. We offer an online platform that allows SMEs to sell their open invoices directly to financial investors. By that, we help SMEs to improve their Cash Flow planning and to create new growth opportunities. For the investors, on the other hand, we provide a new, short-term, and high-yielding asset class.

Our team consists of 18 (and growing) ambitious people coming from a diverse background (Google, ING, ETH, HEC). We are proud to say we have 10 nationalities in the team. We are looking for people that are willing to work in a very exciting environment with lots of opportunities to bring in your own ideas to build up a successful Fintech company.

Department: Business Development

− Participating in the strategic planning on who to partner with and how. 
− Analysing potential strategic partnerships with banks, accounting software providers, and invoice issuing software providers (amongst others). 
− Actively building up relationships with the above mentioned prospects for partnerships and being the driving force in closing the agreements. 
− Managing the implementation of partnerships and ensuring that it is being done effectively & efficiently in a way where both Advanon, the partner, and especially the users benefit from it. 
− Analysing KPIs and drafting action plans as well as carrying these out to continuously improve the performance of already integrated partnerships.

What we expect: 
− A degree in finance, hospitality management, or other related field 
− 3+ years experience in sales and project management within software or finance industries. 
− Technical skills required: sales processes, CRM use, financial understanding 
− Personal Skills: competitive, easy to build long-lasting relationships, and persistent 
− A high level of communication with different departments 
− Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German 
− An entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, and always ready to go the extra mile. 
− Innovative ideas and a true passion for startups 
− Independent work style and the ability to work under pressure 
− Must have valid working permission in the EU
