Are you experienced in technical integrations and would you like to manage the team and the process of connecting new Clients to our payment platform? Do you have knowledge on POS and ecommerce payment solutions and excellent communication and advisory skills to advise the EMS clients during the pre-sales phase? What this job is all about!

  • Manage, coach and support the Delivery team consisting of Integration Managers and Delivery Coordinators (Sales Support).
  • Connect new Partners and Clients to our payment platform according to their specific needs and requirements.
  • Perform pre-sales consulting activities with Partners and Clients to ensure a solution that fits their needs.
  • Manage integration processes by defining work procedures and managing KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Identify, advise and assist in implementing new or improved products, processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate and lead the onboarding and implementation of Partners and Clients with your team by working closely with our sales and technical organization.
  • Ensure the Team is setting the right priorities and is meeting deadlines.
  • Connect all parties involved by communicating clearly, guiding and monitoring the complete onboarding process.
  • Ensure all skills are up-to-date and the team has clear development goals.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, including mid-year and year-end conversations.


What we did in the last 4 months!

We acquired some great new global clients, introduced our own omnichannel portal to the market and conducted a very successful marketing campaign.  Next to this we enhanced our reporting offering towards our merchants. It is not all hard work at EMS, in March we will once again go (après) skiing.


Description of a day in the life of a Manager delivery at EMS!

You come in and start your day with excellent strong (Nes)Espresso. You plan your day by looking at the  pending pipeline priorities. In a meeting with the involved departments you discuss where your team coordination and technical skills are needed and how to move forward.  You keep in close contact with partners and clients and make sure all agreements are met and follow up on questions that arise. You make travel arrangements with the sales manager to jointly sell the EMS solutions.

You will report directly to the Commercial Director of EMS. The sales organization of EMS consists of the New Business Sales team, the Partnerships team, the Relationship Management team and the Delivery team, which now consists of 2 Integration Managers and 2 Delivery Coordinators/ Sales Support Specialists. The professional team members work closely together and challenge each other on results. EMS offers an informal, professional environment and short lines of communication. ‘Work hard, Play hard’ is our motto!


We would like you to have!

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Payment industry; preferably in a Pre-Sales or Implementation Management position;
  • Well-developed people management and coaching skills; driven to get the best out of people;
  • Excellent managerial, organizational and prioritization skills; able to execute several projects simultaneously;
  • Strong communication and advisory skills; able to articulate complex issues clearly to internal management, internal departments and Partners and Clients;
  • Solid technical background; well able to understand the Client’s technical infrastructure and the fit with the EMS environment;
  • Quality focused and a Customer First mentality;
  • Goal orientated approach; drive and energy to achieve desired results;
  • Proactive and initiative; well able to take the lead in the organization;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Happy to work in a young, international and results driven environment.
