Your Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Global Sales and based in our open plan London office, you will be responsible for independently and proactively sourcing, pitching, replying to RFP's and closing technical services and software solution sales and partnerships with financial institutions that want to use our platform to offer point of sale finance to their own merchants and consumers, under their own brand, or ours.

In addition to successfully developing, building, and nurturing your own pipeline by levering your network, social skills and craftsmanship, by identifying and influencing multiple layers of key decision makers and stakeholders, you recognise the importance of securing both quick wins today and long term opportunities for tomorrow.

Your base salary will depend on relevant experience (base = £65k - £80 pa), hit your targets to double your salary (OTE = £130k - £160k pa), and earn more if you're a star performer. If that wasn't enough, you will also be enrolled in our employee share options scheme that will make you a shareholder of the company alongside the founders and our high profile investors.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a proven track record of successfully selling software solutions or consulting services to banks, acquirers or other financial institutions in the UK and abroad
  • Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
  • Strong social skills, relationship builder, has a positive can-do attitude and is a team player
  • Enjoys working autonomously and demonstrates a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills, makes well-judged decisions, good numeracy, pays strong attention to detail, is a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas
  • Has a flexible approach, thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment with little structure
  • Highly organised and plans and prioritises work effectively
