Experience in the payments industry is a must.


The ideal candidate is required to possess strong time-management abilities and a pro-active/hands on mentality. Our customers and partners receive the best service that our Relationship Management Team can offer because our Relationship Managers are extremely client focused and have a keen eye on developments in the payments marketplace. As a Payvision Relationship Manager, you carry responsibility for successfully linking and communicating between various internal/external departments (Sales, Technical, Financial) and ensuring that the Payvision Merchants and Partners receive the excellent service level that they have come to expect from Payvision.

  • Become a trustworthy advisor on payments matters
  • Support the Payvision sales team and reseller initiatives
  • Prepare and process account inquiries and contracts
  • Support intensive contact with customers and partners
  • Ensure commercial follow up on account opportunities
  • Support the acquisition of new customers by working closely with VP of Business Development


We request:

  • Bachelor or Master degree level education
  • 0-3 years post-university work experience
  • Experience in the payments industry/ecommerce technology
  • Sales and results driven with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbally), additional languages are a plus
  • Pro-active and customer-support mentality
  • Cheerful and pleasant personality
