We are looking for an enthusiastic agile facilitator to coach, mentor and help our cross functional teams across Amsterdam and Madrid. After many years breathing agile our team faces the challenge of scaling our organization and making an impact in the industry creating disrupting products. As part of our expanding Software Development team and following our constant agile evolution you will live this dream working closely with the different development disciplines from feature and platform teams, going though programs and guilds, ending up with product owners, stakeholders and our portfolio champions.   • Facilitate and promote cooperation and communication across different development teams
  • Continuously coach and promote agile values, principles and practices leading teams to self-organization
  • Always looking for continual improvement and create corresponding culture among the teams
  • Help identifying obstacles and impediments and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Support the Product Owners team as well as the stakeholders keeping the portfolio and backlog within the Agile toolset
  • Work closely with PMO (based in Amsterdam) and help to develop and support our agile framework


We request:

  • Software engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching and mentoring roles
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, development and implementation of Agile transformations (using agile frameworks (eXtreme Programming, Kanban, Scrum)
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts across diverse personalities
  • Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures


Other skills that would be beneficial include:

  • Experience with scaled agile frameworks as SAFe, LeSS or DAD; Usage of ALM tools
  • Software development background
  • Experience improving process analyzing funnel and value streams and applying lean mindset
  • Knowledge of product development techniques: design thinking, user persona, story mapping, lean canvas
