Job Description

We're looking for a driven, passionate and experienced individual to lead all of our partnerships. This is a critically important role that involves building strong relationships with a number of partners, both insurance companies and strategic organisations, for product development and customer acquisition. As we grow, you'll also be responsible for hiring and managing your own team.


Your role

    • Building and owning partnerships from beginning to end, and developing strong relationships with individuals in a number of organisations
    • Developing and managing relationships with insurance companies in order to distribute their products through the Brolly app
    • Sourcing useful strategic partnerships to build awareness of our brand, and acquire customers from targeted groups
    • Working closely with many different parts of the business, across growth, engineering, design and compliance
    • Representing Brolly externally at relevant events and articulating our value proposition to potential new partners

You should be

    • Experienced in building new partnerships from scratch and managing these relationships
    • From the insurance industry or be able to quickly develop a strong understanding of the market
    • Commercially minded and able to strike mutually beneficial deals with partners
    • An excellent communicator and able to articulate our value proposition in a way relevant to the listener
    • Energetic, proactive and someone who loves creating new opportunities
    • Interested in technology and able to form a deep understanding of the technology we're building
