Job Description



We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m / f) to support our sales team in our Munich office.

You will be responsible for the sales team in the industry analysis, lead generation, and pre-qualification processes, which involves sales and business research, sales campaign organization, event organization, cold-calling, lead pre-qualification and administration, as well as another sales related activities that deliver qualified sales leads (up to 50%) that will boost the success of the sales team.



  • generate quality leads / prospects
  • grow lead database
  • extend opportunities pipeline
  • expand and upscale lead generation processes (sales campaigns, meetings, and network development)
  • extend and upscale the process of pre-qualification of opportunities (volume of sales meetings / calls)
  • extend sales activities through effective and effective support activities
  • extend sales activities (administration of leads, contacts, opportunities)


  • performance research of niche target markets, prospect companies, leads
  • initial qualification of target companies and leads
  • collection and administration of relevant lead contact data (emails, phone numbers, etc.)
  • organization and administration of sales campaigns
  • organization and administration of event meetings
  • preparation of sales content and materials for campaigning and event participation purposes
  • organization and execution of sales meetings / calls
  • pre-qualification of leads
  • administration of leads and opportunities in Salesforce and Marketo
