Your tasks

  • You manage the entire process of acquiring new business partners from retail and e-commerce, both strategically and operationally
  • You build sustainable and successful business relationships by acting proactively, forward-looking and customer-centric
  • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to generate the highest value for all parties
  • You are part of the cross-functional business development and product team and are working on the further development of our solutions
  • You contribute significantly to successful teamwork and the OptioPay learning culture

Your profile

  • You bring a very solid experience in sales and direct cooperation with target customers in the retail, e-commerce or digital sector
  • You understand affiliate and performance marketing and have a good network in the industry
  • You have excellent sales skills and methods, recognize business opportunities and convince in negotiations
  • You are a communication talent and enthusiastic about your positive, partnering and winning kind
  • You bring an intuitive technological understanding and is looking forward to penetrating our product and comprehensively mastering it
  • You are very well organized, set priorities and take responsibility
  • You speak excellent German and fluent English
