You are responsible for the entire process of acquiring new business partners for our HR solution as part of the salary payment
You build sustainable and successful business relationships by acting proactively, forward-looking and customer-centric
You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to generate the highest value for all parties
You are part of the cross-functional business development and product team and are working on the further development of our solutions
You contribute significantly to successful teamwork and the OptioPay learning culture
You have very well-founded experience in sales and direct cooperation with human resources and personnel departments
You understand employer branding and payroll topics and have a good network in the HR world
You have excellent sales skills and methods, recognize business opportunities and convince in negotiations
You are a communication talent and enthusiastic about your positive, partnering and winning kind
You bring an intuitive technological understanding and is looking forward to penetrating our product and comprehensively mastering it
