Professional Services Consultant (80 - 100%)

As an interface between our customers and our developers, consultants and fundraising specialists, you ensure the successful implementation of extensive customer projects.

Your most important tasks at a glance:

As a contact for new customers, you build a continuous relationship with them and advise them about the optimal use of RaiseNow technology. With our sales team, you create offers, negotiate contracts and successfully complete them.

You ensure the correct implementation of the project, taking responsibility for the entire project process, from project design to successful testing and acceptance of the implemented solution. In order to meet the diverse requirements of our customers, you are actively involved in internal support. For customer-specific solutions, you create documentation and ensure the optimal use of our solutions in trainings.

In your role, you identify and accompany further inquiries with a high degree of urgency and also recognize growth opportunities among our customers and possible new market environments.

 

That's what you're bringing:

You can look back on 2 to 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of IT projects with a focus on software interfaces and have a degree in Business Informatics or higher technical education. Very good knowledge of the web environment and common web technologies are required.

You are a customer-oriented, committed and enthusiastic personality with a great deal of negotiation skills. You bring with you a lot of communication and organizational skills and have the same pleasure in dealing with customers and internal specialists. You proving your will and work independently with a quick apprehension. Networked thinking, high resilience and sense of responsibility help you to successfully carry out your projects.

You communicate reliably and without errors in German and English, further language skills are an advantage. You have already gained valuable experience in the NPO environment.
