The Role

This is a critical role at Rangewell as you will be in a client facing role, representing the Rangewell platform with new and existing clients, and be in charge of managing and developing those relationships for the business.

It will require a strong work ethic, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong planning skills combined with the ability to think strategically about building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, be able to work through any challenges that may arise, and have a desire to be part of a team growing something exceptional.

You will be responsible for many things (as is the case at a high-growth startup) but most specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Managing existing client relationships – this will included developing the relationships further across the breadth of the company, understanding the business in detail and how the Rangewell platform can add value. You will also be in charge of keeping in regular contact with these clients to generate more deal flow.
  • Developing new relationships with business and professional advisors. Following up on warm leads to establish new relationships or partnership agreements, organising and attending meetings and helping to present the Rangewell platform to new potential clients.
  • Attending networking events to continue to promote the Rangewell platform and represent the firm in a professional manner
  • Working closely with our Content & Marketing team to help prepare any Marketing material, presentations or proposals for clients, channel partners or events.
  • Helping organise Rangewell hosted events in coordination with our key channel partners.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Relationship and Marketing / client-facing role. An understanding of the SME finance market would be beneficial, although not essential – however some kind of financial experience would be ideal.

  • Relationship & Marketing account management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years overall experience in a client facing role, preferably within a Financial organisation, dealing with professional institutions.
  • Strong people skills, with a professional edge – used to the dealing with professional institutions or experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organised and well planned. An ability to think on a medium to long-term basis about strategically developing relationships for the business and scaling current ones, in a detailed and well planned manner
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong attention to detail, track record of a diligent working style and some form of experience using CRM systems to manage, track and organise daily activities.
