The job of Business Development Specialist (English, Arabic & French)

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Business Development & Sales Executivewho can work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to generate new business leads across the Middle East and Africa. You should have experience of Lead generation, sales to C-level and working with English, Arabic and French speaking customers.

The candidate will have the opportunity to grow, acquire experience of cutting edge software technologies, be instrumental in helping RedCloud be recognized as a leader in mobile payments, e-wallet and mobile banking solutions. Key tasks for the Business Development Specialist (English, Arabic & French)

You will be responsible for the initial contact / approach to potential customers across the Middle East and Africa. Working closely with Marketing you will research and identify potential customers, make contact and hopefully start a customer relationship that would result in revenue generation in the near future.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Using CRM system to manage and target customers
  • Research, identify & develop new International markets
  • Initiating direct contact with C-levels Executives (focus on the financial services sector)
  • Working closely with Marketing to highlight targets and priorities
  • Keep a close eye on customer qualification criteria to ensure efficiency throughput the Sales process
  • Arrange remote demos for Product & Pre-sales teams
  • Manage quality metrics and ratios, with reporting the Sales and Marketing management
  • Attending trade shows and events globally

  • Proven experience in a telesales role involving Cold Calling to C-level Executives
  • Native / fluent level of Arabic AND French languages in spoken and written form.
  • Educated to degree level (Bachelors)


Preferred (non-essential) knowledge

  • Experience in utilising and managing a CRM system 
  • Experience selling complex software solutions
  • Experience selling to clients in the Middle East and Africa
