About the Job

We’re thrilled to be adding a Growth Marketer that is specialised on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to our dynamic team in London.


In this position you’ll be developing a SEO strategy to move our acquisition funnel to the next level and will be responsible for:

  • Analysing, planning and executing our global SEO & ASO acquisition strategy to increase organic traffic
  • Monitoring and improving acquisition KPIs on our website and blog by working closely together with key areas of our business such as marketing, communications, and product to ensure we’re moving towards the right direction
  • Building our inbound and outbound link profile using a variety of methods;
  • Performing keyword research in coordination to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Analysing current set up, implement and execute technical SEO improvements to the site to help support best SEO practices and organic visitor growth
  • Conducting experiments to improve the conversion rate of our website and blog
  • Monitoring and administering web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to our goals
  • Conducting in-depth and regular audits of sites and competitor performance analysis using tools such as Google Webmaster Tools, Omniture, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Moz, Majestic SEO, Search Metrics and third party rank checking tools.
  • Keeping pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments


  • Ability to write clean, production level code in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Advanced understanding of the algorithm of the most common search engines (Google, Yahoo, (Bing), Yandex)
  • Proven track record of link building/outreach for organic search
  • Ideally with local search engine knowledge in key markets: EU, US
  • Excellent analytical as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced (fintech) startup is desirable, but not essential
