About the Job

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Operations Analyst/Associate/Manager to sit within our operations team at our Krakow-based office.

We are looking for future innovators that can help move the business to the next level as we expand globally.. It is a big opportunity for someone who likes investigating complex problems getting to root cause and implementing elegant solutions. On a daily basis you will investigate issues, using data, and work closely with different teams across the company.

You have to be passionate about providing a slick customer experience. You will dive deep into data to find pain points and come up with better processes and solutions. You will need to be great at spotting patterns and have the intellectual horsepower to recommend and implement improvements – relentlessly. Non-stop optimisation is the name of the game.

Prior to starting your role in our Krakow office you will have the exciting opportunity to visit our London HQ for 4-6 weeks of training.


  • Have graduated with at least a 2:1 degree from a top university (a technical degree in, Physics, Maths, Engineering or Computer Science is preferable)
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem Solver, Highly Analytical, Resourceful, Hard working
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • SQL, + proficiency in one programming language is a plus
  • Payments Industry experience would be nice but not necessary
