About the Job

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Social Media to sit within our support team at our Krakow-based office.

We’ve hired some of the most talented developers and designers that the world of tech has to offer, and we’re keen to showcase their talent to the world - and that’s where you come in.


As a Customer Service Specialist - Social Media you will act as Revolut's voice on social media and other digital channels and exercise impeccable judgment as the application representative for users concerns. You will be responsible for:

  • Communication and engagement with Revolut users via online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Apple/ Google store, Trust Pilot.
  • Responding to customers inquiries by investigating the issue and suggesting a potential solution through comments or private messaging feature.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing
  • Experience in using multiple social media platforms
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
