We are looking for an enthusiastic German-speaking Business-Development Manager to join our team in London.

In this role, you will work across functional roles with our marketing, engineering, customer service and sales teams in our London and Munich offices. You will contribute to our growth by developing and implementing strategies to drive conversion, reach new client segments and capture opportunities from international expansion.

The role is ideal for someone with around 2 years of consulting experience at one of the top-tier consulting firms who combines an interest in (and understanding of) capital markets with outstanding analytical skills and an understanding of digital journeys. Opportunities & Responsibilities as Business Development Manager


 Your responsibilities will be divided into ongoing tasks and project work:

Project work (examples):

  • Supporting roll-outs into new geographies
  • Managing larger migrations to new software tools (in conjunction with our engineering team)
  • Initiating and implementing end-user testing projects (focus groups, surveys, etc.)
  • Supporting the implementation of future B2B collaborations

Ongoing tasks:

  • Improving our reporting capabilities (for investor reporting as well as marketing reporting)
  • Helping with one-off analyses to uncover conversion improvement opportunities
  • Supporting our CMO with the day-to-day team management and quality checks of all marketing materials
  • Generating ideas for high-quality, data-driven content for our regular client communication
  • Monitoring competitors and best practice
  • Helping our UK COO & CEO with B2B pitches


  • Masters degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business Administration/Management
  • 2 years experience with a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman), having reached Associate level
  • Outstanding analytical problem-structuring and solving skills
  • German native speaker with excellent written communication skills and good knowledge of orthography
  • Attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to work under tight deadlines/react quickly to upcoming events and opportunities
  • Permission to work in the UK
