This is where you come in … we are looking for a Credit Coordinator to be part of our Cardiff Office.You will join a team of folk who are talented, ambitious and forward thinking. You will play a huge part in Sonovates' success story by providing day to day administrative support to the account management and process operation team.

REQUIREMENTS

Your Challenge:

  • Analyse all relevant client, credit-related information / data, in order to assess risk and to process suitable type of application in or to set suitable limits, based on company criteria, policies and procedures
  • Liaise closely with credit broker in order to ensure more complicated applications are handled in correctly to achieve the best outcome
  • Communicate with the CX team offering feedback on credit limit requests, progress and issues
  • Maintain all records of applications and provide reports on productivity against SLA's
  • Review and renew all aged applications
  • Track any trends and highlight concerns to management
  • Undertake other duties as directed by line managers commensurate with the post
  • To assist in data collation for various requests of insurers and finance facility

A Little About You:

  • Previously worked in a Financial Services environment that is fast paced and demanding
  • Confident in providing customer support and advice to clients
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Methodical approach to completing projects
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales
  • Uses judgement to know when to ask for help and guidance
  • Uses own initiative and can work independently
  • To take ownership and responsibility for own work
  • Understands the importance of recording information accurately and with that has excellent attention to detail
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Resilient and able to work in an organisation that is undergoing change due to development and growth
  • Appreciates and understands confidentiality in dealing with all issues
