This is where you come in ... we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be part of our Cardiff Office. You will join a team of folk who are talented, ambitious and forward thinking. You will play a huge part in Sonovates success story by providing first class customer service and administration to our clients, giving us a competitive edge!

REQUIREMENTS

The Challenge:

  • Provide top notch customer support over the phone to your customers on placements, payments and invoices
  • Respond to all queries in a timely manner via online ticketing system
  • Accurately manage high detail contracts and paperwork
  • Gain expert level knowledge of our product and market to consultatively support key stakeholders within our client base
  • Provide management information reports
  • Become an expert user of the Sonovate portal to guide and support our clients
  • Maintain and develop the personnel electronic filing system
  • To submit and manage credit line requests
  • Manage and priortise multiple customer service queries via email, telephone and our online ticketing system
  • Undertake other duties as directed by line managers

A few things about you:

  • Confident telephone manner and happy to deal with what can be difficult conversations at times
  • Previously worked in a Financial Services or Recruitment Industry
  • Doesnt cave when working under pressure in a fast paced (but fun) environment
  • Likes to build professional relationships with our customers
  • Resilient and able to work in an organisation that is forever changing for the better
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Methodical approach to completing projects
  • Uses own initiative and can work independently and in a team
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft programmes
  • Records information accurately with a high level of attention to detail
  • Appreciates and understands confidentiality at all times
