Job Description

We are a team of young people who have decided  to conquer the world of financial applications  and so far it seems we are on the right track! We have  global ambitions , we are improving Spendee every day and moving it slowly (actually fast) into the  world's top financial monitoring applications . We have almost  2 million downloads already ! More than 700,000 registered users from more than 180 countries , who daily record their income and spending, Spendee fell in love with its simplicity, beauty and functionality.

In the EU today, the average consumer uses a 2.8-euro bank account, so he has to keep track of more reports and more and more often apply to contactless cards. In such a world it is easy to lose sight of your current financial situation. And we want to change that!

Google also showed confidence in us   as one of  33 startups from all over the world and the first one from the Czech Republic  to the Google Launchpad Accelerator 2017 in San Francisco, and we were also  invited to 50 startups in WeXelerate 2017  in Vienna!

In addition, we  won the Mobile UX Awards 2017 in the category of financial appeals  and we are also represented in the national  final of the Central European Startup Awards 2017 . The London  Fintech Times  chose us among the  8 fines of the startups that will change the financial world !

All of these awards are just a means of getting the most important - the hearts of more and more users who will regularly use Spendee!

Will you join? We are currently looking for a Support Specialist who will take care of the satisfaction of our users.

Your task will be:

  • Communicating with Spendee users from around the world and caring for their satisfaction, mainly by email or social networks, but also on other channels
  • supervise user solutions
  • bug reporting and new feature requirements
  • at the beginning you will work about 20-30 hours a week , but we would gradually increase the number of hours (it is also possible to full-time)

We are looking for you if:

  • you have excellent written English (B2 certificate welcome)
  • you are flexible in time
  • you can come to our office 
  • you deal with stressful situations and have a pleasant stance
  • you can work alone, but you are also a team player
  • you are socially oriented
  • Advantage: knowledge of other languages, knowledge of the Zendesk environment
