As Global Head of Capital Markets (m/f) at Lendico, your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities and shaping Lendico’s strategy to broaden the institutional funding supply across a variety of investor segments and types of financing structures
  • Managing all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to overseeing due diligence processes and closing investment agreements
  • Managing relationships with Lendico’s existing institutional investors base
  • Supporting future equity financing rounds and managing relationships with existing shareholder base
  • Preparation of investor marketing materials and representing Lendico at investor marketing events
  • Guiding the improvement of existing investor reporting and portfolio analysis tools in collaboration with the Operations, Risk and Business Intelligence teams


  • Several years of professional track record within the institutional sales, relationship management and fundraising area, preferably with a focus on alternative investments and/or fixed income
  • Established network of professional relationships within the institutional investor area, ideally on an international level
  • Strong knowledge of structured debt financing, fixed income, and alternative investment products
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements for different investor groups and consequences for tailoring product offering
  • An independent style of working, entrepreneurial mindset, great ambition and professionalism
  • Fluency in German and English
