About the role

We’re hiring a Strategy Manager who’ll be responsible for driving business critical projects and activities in our Consumer and Enterprise businesses. Tink is growing very fast, has gone from 15 to 50 employees in 18 months and is currently investing heavily in international expansion.

On the Consumer side Tink has 400.000 users in Sweden and offer them a personal finance management service and a marketplace of financial services – currently mortgages and savings accounts – in partnership with a selected number of Swedish banks.

In the Enterprise business Tink offers technology services to leading European banks like ABN Amro and SEB to help them capture the enormous potential digitalization offer their businesses.

As a Strategy Manager you’ll work across the entire business of Tink. You can expect to work with the most challenging task a growing fintech company has to offer and you are motivated by making a difference. Your role reports to the CEO of Tink, and you’ll play a tremendous role in shaping Tink’s future.

 

Responsibilities

Lead projects, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate development
  • Commercial strategy
  • Business development
  • Part in developing strategy for banking partnership (B2B)
  • Part in developing strategy for the consumer business (B2C)
  • In general; work close with the CEO and business leaders with critical ad-hoc initiatives and commercial problem solving
  • Board presentations

Required Skills

  • You have 3-5 years of experience from a top tier strategy consultant firm with significant experience in commercial problem solving
  • You possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • You are a multi-tasking team-player with the ability to drive several projects at once
  • You have solid people leadership skills including the ability to influence and guide others in decision making
