Job Description

In February 2017, we launched our flagship consumer service: the mortgage intermediation! Due to the growth of demand for this service, we are now looking for an operations administrator within financial services, with a love for order and processes that will assist in handling Tink’s mortgage intermediation, helping users get better mortgages.

The role is a back-office function that will help ensure that the processes for mortgage intermediation is working well, and to help the users through the process. Customer success is your sole goal!

Since this is a new function within Tink, you have a chance to really make a mark on the future of Tink by defining how we build this team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer success by helping the users through the process.
  • Sort, log and document all incoming applications.
  • Collect supplemental documents from banks, housing cooperatives and employers.
  • By phone and email, manage all contact with users that have ongoing applications.
  • Submit mortgage applications from Tink to Tink’s partner banks in a secure and orderly fashion.
  • Continuously and relentlessly improve the processes above by working independently as well as closely with designers and engineers.

Required qualifications

  • Working independently and being extremely organized.
  • Record of excellence in administrative work.
  • You have worked with the phone as your main tool, probably in customer support or in telephone sales and you are not afraid to contact customers.
  • Result driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience from administrative work in either finance, banking or insurance.
  • Experience from working in a startup environment.
  • Experience from sales.
