Job Description

 

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team to focus on analytics, business intelligence and reporting. You will work close to the product and collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, etc. to analyze what drives user behavior and evaluate tests we are conducting. This work will include performing complex analysis over large data set.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse user behavior to enable us building the next generation banking service.
  • Provide analytic insights to identify business opportunities and problems, to drive changes across design, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, etc.
  • Execute on ad-hoc analysis requests from various teams.
  • Build automated reports using internal tools for key metrics.
  • Work with data infrastructure / product engineering teams to define the data collection needs for future work.

Required qualifications

  • BS degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Strong analytical, creative, business and reporting skills.
  • Experience with databases and complex SQL work.
  • Experience with data processing and/or statistical modelling in one or more of; R, SAS, Matlab, Python, etc.

Preferred qualifications

  • MS degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Experience from a tier-1 consultancy firm, investment bank or similar.
  • Professional experience with complex data processing and/or statistical modelling in one or more of; R, SAS, Matlab, Python, etc.
