Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Consumer team to focus on Financial Services.

Tink’s consumer app is the smartest way to make better financial decisions. Launched in 2013, the app lets you connect all your banks and cards, track and manage your money, get personalized advice and cherry-pick the best financial products. All in one place. We now have over 400 000 users in Sweden.

As the Product Manager for Financial Services, you’ll be responsible for driving our push into Financial Services and building next generation banking services. Having launched a remortgaging product—the first of its kind—and savings accounts in the Tink app already, we’re on the path to helping our users with everything financial in their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Financial Services in the Tink app.
  • Drive product requirements, design and prototyping process for existing and new Financial Services in the Tink app.
  • Manage the complex integration projects related to the Financial Services we deliver.
  • Work with our partners to deliver innovative and world-class Financial Services.

Required qualifications

  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in driving product strategy as a product lead or management consultant.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Solid technical understanding and experience working with development teams.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English.

Preferred qualifications

  • MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing world-class software products, preferably using agile development methodologies.
  • Experience from financial services or similar industries.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship building skills.
