Now we are looking to recruit a Client Success Manager for our new project PROFTIT!


The product:
Social Trading platform which has created a marketplace of ideas where individual traders can collaborate with each other and share knowledge, experience, trading tips and strategies. We use the latest innovative technology in the IT world to provide our clients with the best features. We are looking for amazing new talent with passion for financial markets to fuel our growth. Currently, we are looking for an exceptional Client Success Manager to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments and informational materials to existing and prospective customers
Perform and adapt to cost-benefit and needs of customers to meet their needs and necessities 

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and gather any required information regarding the customer 

Act as consultant by providing detailed explanation on the product, pricing, capacity, features and answer any questions customers may have 

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Order status management 

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Continuously improve through feedback 


Proven work experience as sales agent or dealing with customers 

Highly motivated and target driven with track record in sales

Strong command of both English and German (written and verbal) 

Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
