YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an IT Administrator who will support and maintain the IT infrastructure in our office. You will be designing, implementing and supporting the IT systems for over 85 employees in the fintech sector. Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating, planning and monitoring our office and server infrastructure (Linux, Windows, Mac) as well as proactive preventative maintenance of the infrastructure to minimize faults and downtime
  • Supporting our colleagues with IT issues by trouble shooting and installing new software and hardware
  • Implementing security and safety policies
  • Administration of Microsoft AD/LDAP
  • Administration of several systems like Network, Firewalls and internal CA
  • Working with our systems engineers to seamlessly integrate our various environments as well as having a close cooperation with our CTO on architectural decisions
  • Serve as point of contact for local teams in any issues and consult our management on various IT topics

YOUR PROFILE

  • First work experience in supporting and administering an IT office environment, ideally in a Start Up company
  • Experience in network administration, Windows, Linux and Mac; good understanding of OSI model
  • Passionate about being hands-on, and staying abreast of the latest trends in information technology including information security
  • Independent working style as well as strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated, friendly and passionate about helping people
  • Fluent language skills in English, conversational knowledge of German is a plus
