We have a role immediately available for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Manager to join our ever growing TransferMate sales team. What will you be doing?

You would be responsible for selling TransferMate's services to clients and customers, generating new name business and breaking into new markets for TransferMate. This is a client facing role and offers the candidate an opportunity to aggressively fast track their sales career. With the support of our leadership and extended support teams, you will have an opportunity to present a business plan to break into new markets and execute approved sales strategies. This will provide exposure into areas such as market sizing, competitive analysis, go to market, event management, proposition articulation, negotiation and account management expertise. 
This is a unique opportunity within the exciting Fintech sector and is your role to grow and make into your own. You will have the opportunity to grow and manage your own customer base as well as grow your career within a fast paced and fast expanding award winning international organisation. You will be given the support and backing needed to ensure a clear pipeline for your sales is in place, where you can develop a clear target strategy that results in you and TransferMate securing new business.

Who are we looking for?

We're big on staff development and keen to help our staff to reach their full potential, but to be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of two years Business Development experience as well as a background in business, preferably having worked in the Financial or Foreign exchange sectors. You will need to have strong communication, negotiation skills, and presentation skills as you will be meeting, and presenting in front of, businesses from SMEs to corporate level executives. You will also need to possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored. Does this sound like you?
