Job Description

TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions GmbH) is the leading cloud platform for managing corporate payments, liquidity and bank relationships worldwide. The company delivers SMART PAYMENTS to help customers make BETTER DECISIONS. All mission-critical processes related to payment transactions are integrated into a multibank-capable, audit-proof cloud platform. This is a single point of contact for enterprise customers when managing and analysing their payment flows across the organisation.

You will be working in a Telesales/Sales capacity, performing opportunity identification, information gathering, and lead qualification. You may contact existing customers to review their current services, or you may be making calls to prospective customers. You will support our internal Sales Group and interact with the leadership team, marketing, sales, and customers/partners. Excellent customer service, and verbal skills, along with the ability to feel comfortable making outbound phone calls to businesses is necessary for the success of this position.


Your tasks

  • To promote the TIS Cloud solutions by acquiring and qualifying leads in the DACH regions (and will include other countries as the company grows)
  • Phone C-level Managers, Department Heads and Financial/Treasury Managers to explain solutions, maintain intrigue, and generate deeper interest
  • Create and reinforce potential customer relationships
  • Invite other contacts to receive information by email
  • Qualify prospects, set appointments for our internal Sales Group
  • Update Salesforce CRM system with sales lead information


Your Profile

  • High School Diploma/Abitur – Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in selling IT products or services by phone, ideally in a cloud or treasury/finance environment
  • Passion for communicating with prospects and customers
  • A confident, yet polite persistent phone manner and good vocabulary
  • The ability to listen, to ‘think on your feet’ and to work without micro-management
  • Excellent German, Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce experience a plus
