Job Description

The Pre-Sales Consultant (PSC) supports the Pre-Sales and the Sales Team. The PSC is together with the Pre-Sales colleagues responsible for the overall effectiveness of supporting the sales cycle. The PSC works in close cooperation with the sales team and coordinates efforts with other internal teams, to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are timely achieved within the sales organization.
As a Pre-Sales Consultant you will add either functional Treasury / Cash Management knowledge and/or technical expertise to the sales cycle. Pre-Sales is the interface between the Sales colleagues and the Professional Service Team, which is responsible for the onboarding process.

Your tasks

  • Provide the Customer with advice in terms of best practice in corporate payments, liquidity, bank account management, Inhouse bank and cash management reporting as part of the sales cycle
  • Perform product demonstrations and prepare workshops
  • Document and coordinate multiple Customers’ requirements
  • Match business requirements with product features and identify required effort to match requirements, in collaboration with the Product Management team
  • Handle RFPs/RFIs and the analysis of bank connectivity including the preparation of slides for customer presentation
  • Enhance internal Pre-Sales tools from a technical and a process perspective

Your Profile

  • A motivated junior professional with a proven track record of success in Corporate Treasury / Cash Management tasks
  • Expert in Corporate Treasury / Cash Management (minimum of 2 years experience); Experience from a position in a Corporate Treasury team / in a Cash Management Team
  • High interest in technology / IT topics
  • Good knowledge of various Treasury systems
  • University degree in business economics with focus on finance or have proven skill set acquired on the job
  • Solid communication and listening skills, as well as persuasive presentation skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Hands-on mindset
  • A relentless work ethic and a desire to learn a new skill set, develop additional expertise and create the future of a leading cloud platform
  • Business fluent English and German is essential
  • Willingness to travel
  • Additional European language is a plus
  • Cloud software and ERP background is a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in project management is a plus
