All mission-critical processes related to payment transactions are integrated into a multibank-capable, audit-proof cloud platform. This is a single point of contact for enterprise customers when managing and analysing their payment flows across the organisation.

Your tasks

  • Operational sales activities: expansion of the business with existing customers and generate new customers both at national and at international level, primarily focusing on the DACH region
  • Fulfillment of the agreed goals
  • Independent setting up of activities arising from the annual plan and which are necessary for the achievement of the defined targets
  • Close coordination with the management (direct reporting line to the CEO) and the Marketing Team
  • Planning and execution of marketing activities in close collaboration with Marketing and the CEO
  • High quality Sales Forecasting
  • Contribute to the further improvement of suitable processes, strategies and structures that are necessary for the achievement of targets as well as expanding the business

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in sales specifically in the acquisition of new customers both nationally and internationally
  • Performance orientated and high self-motivation to meet the agreed targets
  • At least 4 years of experience in direct sales
  • You see Sales as precision work and workmanship at Customers
  • Sales is for you a clearly defined, dynamic, scalable process as a sequence of defined, predictable, repeatable and measurable steps leading to the final sale been closed
  • Degree in economics, computer sciences or comparable academic education
  • Competence and the ability to move safely at all management levels(particularly CFO level) and close also large deals
  • Experience in fast-growing organisations
  • A strong entrepreneurial thinking
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, perseverance and the necessary stress resistance
  • Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal
