Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an additional consultant to join our professional services and customer success team for the planning and implementation of onboarding projects for our national and international clients.
You will work closely together with our customers, advising and supporting them with the implementation and rollout of TIS solutions in the areas of payments and payment factory as well as bank relationship management.


Your tasks

  • Plan, manage and execute onboarding projects for the TIS Cloud Platform with our national and international customers
  • Provide technical and business expertise in solving customers’ cash management requirements on the TIS platform
  • Work with customers to understand and document business needs and product requirements
  • If required, manage the implementation of product requirements in close alignment with the product development teams
  • Mentor and train customers
  • Analyse and solve customers’ issues with the TIS platform


Your Profile

  • Very successful university-level education, preferably in a relevant field of study
  • Several years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Experience in one of the following areas: banking, payments, treasury management or a related field (ideally in consulting)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills; further languages are an advantage
  • Strong drive, resilience and a passion for excellence
  • Strong communication skills
