TRINE is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be key in creating a world-class experience for our users.

You have strong interpersonal skills and experience from digital communication (written and verbal). We think you’re a digital native that might’ve worked with a tech product or/and customer support before.

What you will do

  • Daily interaction with our visitors, users and customers
  • Be the voice of TRINE externally towards our most important stakeholders
  • Be the customer's voice internally towards the rest of the organisation, especially focus on input for our product development
  • Build a kick-ass Customer Success team
  • Solve issues in a way that makes life easier for the user
  • Act as a stakeholder towards the Tech and Growth teams
