Main Responsibility:

  • Overwrite payment information (bills, invoices, direct debits) to our internal administration.
  • Checking correctness of entered data and confirmation of payments.
  • Kindness and good communication both by phone and email
  • Decide on the correct resolution of cases within the set processes and values.

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone who comforters with computers: administrative programs, excel, quick search needed in several systems at a time.
  • Care and detail focus is key.
