Job Description

The product stream Identity and Signing is responsible for several identity related solutions for external and internal customers. Currently UnifiedPost has Identity solutions and products in the following fields:

  • E-Contracting and e-Signing (
  • Identity service provider (Certified within the Dutch ‘e-Herkenning’ framework (Z login)
  • Identity and Access Management
  • Identity proofing and verify identifying attributes

The challenge for Identity is to enable secure business in the most user-friendly way. Within the product line there are several in- and external stakeholders to take into account in realising our ambitious roadmap. Main drivers for product requirements are business opportunities in a fast developing sector, user experience and privacy and security regulations in the schemas we support.

As a Business/Requirements Analyst you write your stories so that the developer can build what you described and hand over the finished product to the operational organisation.

Job description:

  • As a Functional Analyst you represent the power user in the product team and you tune in with all stakeholders.
  • You are end-to-end responsible for the user stories: writing and validation in collaboration with client and/or product manager, acting as SPOC for the developers in the team and validation/ testing once developed.
  • You are responsible for the embedding of the product in the operational organisation including writing productpapers, (internal) instructions, FAQ’s, etc.

You want:

  • To map the functional requirements together with the client in order to fully understand the customer’s needs,
  • To write the high level analysis with the appropriate level of detail,
  • To challenge internal and external stakeholders in order to understand market demand and customer requirements.
  • To prepare the user stories (=detailed analysis),
  • To facilitate estimation and planning sessions together with the IT product lead,
  • To function as spoc for all functional questions during the development process and be the bridge between the customer and the IT product team,
  • To validate development by testing the functionalities as written in the user stories on behalf of the customer’s needs,
  • To assure common understanding and sharing of information with the complete IT product team on a daily basis,
  • To take up responsibility of the product overt the complete lifecycle.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • You obtained a Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • You have 2-5 years’ experience as an analyst.
  • You have experience in productmanagement in online consumer-enduser products.
  • You are not a 9-5 person and are willing to go the extra mile.
  • You are eager to work for a fast growing organisation in the Supply Chain Finance area.
  • You have analytical, logical, conceptual and problem-solving competencies.
  • You are flexible, stress resistant and can work autonomously.
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have adequate technical knowledge and analytical skills across a broad range of IT topics (HTML, CSS).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. French can be interesting.
  • You are willing to work in an international team in NL, BE and a development team in RO.
  • You have no problem working in NL and BE during the week.
