Your tasks:

  • Independent answering of customer service inquiries (telephone, e-mail, chat)
  • Control and processing of customer applications and orders
  • Proactive solution of customer problems in cooperation with internal colleagues and external partners
  • Documentation of customer inquiries and customer feedback
  • Daily recording of the KPIs
  • Further development and processing of the Support Center
  • Support in the development of CRM / Operations processes
  • Training and training of new employees
  • Creating training materials
  • Quality check of phone calls, emails and chats

The following requirements you bring with:

  • Completed training as a bank clerk or studying business administration with a focus on banking / financial services is a must.
  • Professional experience in customer service at a bank or direct bank
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
  • Professional communication with customers on all channels (inbound and outbound)
  • Solution-oriented, orderly, conscientious, structured working method
  • "Hands-on" mentality
  • High level of teamwork, reliability, initiative and flexibility
