RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Manager leads and drives project teams to…

• Deliver complex customer-centric projects across plan, create, test and embed phases
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and PMO
• Turn high-level project objectives into a comprehensive set of stories
• Deliver projects on-time, on-budget and at quality levels that achieve business KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Ability to ramp up quickly on innovations delivered by the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong Scrum/Agile experience; ability to run scrum teams of BAs, Designers and Tech
• Strong Waterfall project management experience within the Planning phase
• Proven track record in handling multiple, complex projects
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Builds high performance teams
• Experience within insurance brokerage or insurance company would be highly regarded
