As Sales Manager, you are a key person in driving and developing sales in parts of the Nordic market at Zmarta Group. You are offered an environment characterized by forearm, courage, energy and joy. You are part of the sales management and are responsible for the department with product range in insurance, loans and savings.

 

Is this you?

You are a responsible person with professional and safe appearance, who has a perennial habit of running and developing departments. It is merit with relevant academic background. You have experience in actively responsible for and running improvement and development projects. You have experience working with sales and managing sales.

What will be your role?

The role focuses heavily on the development of product, process and sales. Your main task is to ensure that we succeed in delivering high-quality goals, working for us to continue developing in our sales, and continuing to be associated with the absolute highest service and quality among our customers. The key to our continued success is your ability to create motivation and dedication!

The duties include setting up sales targets in the department, being required by our technical department and the product team to develop the business. The role has full staff responsibility for the sales team

Among the ongoing tasks are:

  • Participate in budget work for the department's CPIs
  • Analyze ongoing results and identify success factors and deviations in your department
  • Work on developing CRM systems
  • Develop product range with the product owner
  • Arrange campaigns for our customers
  • Capacity plan and order recruitment

We want your ability to create results to come straight away. Therefore, your salary will consist of both a fixed and a movable part. The employment is covered by a collective agreement between Almega Service Companies and the Union / Academic Associations.

With location in Ängelholm , your field of work will encompass both the Swedish and Norwegian markets.
