This position is a little bit of everything with general responsibilities to keep the office running smoothly.   You will work closely with people across the company. We are very proud of the level of customer experience that we provide and we are looking for an equally enthusiastic Office Manager whiz to join the team  



    • Support the running of the office facilities on a day-to-day basis, pitching in for whatever needs to be done
    • Maintain the office, meeting rooms, drinks and stationary stock accordingly
    • Identify and analyse suppliers (benchmark) to find always the best option for our office needs
    • Manage suppliers and partner relationships to deliver efficient and effective ways of working and maximise output, as well as a budget effectively, achieving best value for money
    • Attend staff queries efficiently and with a positive attitude
    • Provide support to HR team: Help planning and organizing in-house or off-site activities, like events, trainings, celebrations and meet-ups
    • Ensuring health & safety procedures by working with health & safety external service and building security, including coordinating evacuation test and keeping the staff informed about security regulations


    • English & Spanish required, with excellent communication skills
    • Office Manager experience or similar role
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and complete them timely and effectively
    • Analytical and problem-solver with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Proactive, a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
    • Energetic and driven, able to work with minimum supervision
    • Always striving to better yourself, with excellent interpersonal skills
